Coordinated with the VA OI&T stakeholders to document the business processes for collecting and consolidating financial and performance data throughout the VA. A central data warehouse (CDW), using SQL Server, was created to consolidate this data and provide easy access to users of performance information. Worked with OI&T stakeholders to develop metrics for analyzing OMB 300 IT investment performance and communicating performance to senior leadership. The metrics were reported in dashboards built in Power BI to improve data visualization and drill down capabilities. Supported the development of data analytical dashboard tools, integrated the dashboards with the CDW, and developed performance measures. Analyzed current business requirements and map to SharePoint. Identified new areas on an ongoing basis where SharePoint can be leveraged. Ensured uniform navigation throughout subsites. Analyzed, tested and approved any custom development. Analyzed, tested and approved any 3rd party tools required by business. Integrated business systems with SharePoint – full systems development lifecycle. Developed extensions and custom components. Developed collaboration, workflow and InfoPath forms. Architected technical solutions with detailed documentation.
