Jay Woelkers joins Avetus Partners after a distinguished career as a transformational healthcare executive, decorated U.S. Navy veteran, and sought-after motivational speaker. With over 40 years of proven leadership and operational excellence in both military and civilian healthcare organizations, Jay brings a wealth of expertise in strategic transformation, clinical operations, and organizational development to the firm.

Throughout his career, Jay has held pivotal executive roles, including Commanding Officer/CEO of Navy Medicine Readiness and Training Command Bethesda (Walter Reed National Military Medical Center), overseeing operations for more than 2,200 personnel; Commanding Officer/CEO of Naval Health Clinic Cherry Point; and Executive Officer/COO of the Navy Medicine Professional Development Center, shaping education and talent pipelines for Navy Medicine. He has also served as VP for Operations and Administration in multiple healthcare settings and led major medical professional recruiting initiatives for provider networks nationwide.
