Recognized for her commitment to excellence and continuous growth, Jen has built a strong foundation in health IT, driving complex, mission-critical initiatives for the Department of Defense (DoD), Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), and the commercial sector. Her career reflects a dedication to staying at the forefront of evolving best practices and industry standards.

As former Chief Operating Officer of EMKS, Jen designed and implemented scalable testing frameworks and operational policies that delivered repeatable success and continuous improvement. She played a pivotal role in securing key contracts at the Department of Veterans Affairs, demonstrating her ability to drive business growth and operational excellence.

Jen also served as the first Director of the eHealth Exchange, where she oversaw the largest health information network in the United States. Under her leadership, the network expanded from 19 to over 200 participants in just five years, and she streamlined onboarding processes to enhance efficiency and collaboration.
