Throughout his illustrious career, Ed has spearheaded high-impact executive roles, including President of EM Key Solutions and CEO of Avetus, LLC. In these capacities, he orchestrated comprehensive strategic initiatives, optimized operational efficiencies, and guided financial stewardship to deliver breakthrough software solutions and professional services tailored to both federal and commercial markets. His exceptional ability to cultivate strategic alliances and secure high-value contracts—such as the landmark Alliant SB proposal—has consistently propelled organizational success and market leadership.
Ed’s executive portfolio further encompasses CEO of Enteresys Corporation, Principal at ACCEO, and Co-Founder and CEO of Zenlogics. At Zenlogics, he masterminded the acquisition of Park City Solutions Government Services Group and led the end-to-end development and deployment of mission-critical Department of Defense Military Health System applications, driving substantial enhancements in operational performance and revenue growth.
Earlier in his career, as President of the Government Services Group at Park City Solutions, Ed achieved unprecedented 500% year-over-year revenue expansion and managed the design and delivery of vital healthcare applications serving over 8.7 million beneficiaries worldwide. His extensive leadership tenure also includes pivotal roles within the Military Health System, Naval Medical Information Management Center, and Naval Hospital Camp Lejeune, where he directed complex, large-scale projects and teams supporting global military healthcare operations.
Ed holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of New Hampshire and a Master of Science in Public Health from Troy State University. He is a certified DoD Acquisition Management Professional, a US Navy Master Instructor, and an active thought leader within the Health Information Management Systems Society (HIMSS) and Project Management Institute (PMI).
